Delivery Policy

This page explains how RGBI100 LTD handles order processing, delivery estimates, courier updates, address issues, tracking, and European delivery fees. It is written for a small online store selling compact measuring and inspection tools.

Processing time Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed, unless a product page says otherwise.
Tracking Where tracking is available, the details are shared after dispatch so customers can follow the parcel progress.
Europe fees Unless clearly stated at checkout, import VAT, customs duty, or brokerage fees are not included for destination countries where these charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates only. Courier delays, customs checks, weather, and local delivery conditions can all affect arrival dates.

1. Processing time

Normal handling window

Most orders are reviewed, packed, and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Possible delays

Processing may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, stock checks, or if we need to confirm a delivery detail before dispatch.

2. Delivery estimates

UK delivery Typical delivery times are shown at checkout or on the product page. The exact timing depends on the courier service selected and the destination address.
European delivery Delivery times for Europe are usually longer than domestic delivery and may vary by country, customs handling, and local courier networks.
Estimate only All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will do our best to keep the order moving, but we cannot promise an exact arrival date.

3. Courier disclaimer

Third-party carriers

Parcels are usually delivered by third-party couriers. Once the parcel has been handed over, delivery timing and handling can be affected by the courier’s own network and procedures.

Service interruptions

Weather, strikes, route changes, missed scans, customs inspection, and local delivery issues can sometimes cause a delay. These matters are outside our direct control.

If a delay happens, we will usually help by checking the tracking status and liaising with the courier where appropriate.

4. Incorrect address policy

Customer responsibility Please make sure the address entered at checkout is complete and correct. This includes house number, street name, postcode, country, and any access notes that may be needed.
Returned parcels If an item is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or not collected in time, extra delivery costs may apply before the parcel is resent.
Address changes If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot always change the address once the parcel has been processed.

5. Tracking information

When tracking is shared

Where the chosen service includes tracking, the number or link is normally provided after dispatch by email or through the order update process.

Tracking limits

Tracking updates may pause while a parcel is moving between courier hubs or while it is awaiting customs processing. That does not always mean the parcel is lost.

Please allow a little time after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear.

6. Fees for European delivery

Delivery charges Any delivery charge shown at checkout covers the transportation service only, unless the checkout clearly states that additional charges are included.
Import VAT and customs duty For European deliveries, import VAT, customs duty, and handling fees are usually not included unless the product page or checkout clearly says otherwise. These charges are typically collected by the courier or local authority when the parcel arrives.
Clear display If a route is sold on a duty-paid or tax-inclusive basis, that will be shown clearly before purchase so the customer can understand the total price.
For cross-border deliveries, local tax rules can change by destination. The final amount charged by the courier or customs office may depend on the country receiving the parcel.
