This page explains how RGBI100 LTD handles order processing, delivery estimates, courier updates, address issues, tracking, and European delivery fees. It is written for a small online store selling compact measuring and inspection tools.

Most orders are reviewed, packed, and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Possible delays
Processing may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, stock checks, or if we need to confirm a delivery detail before dispatch.

Third-party carriers
Parcels are usually delivered by third-party couriers. Once the parcel has been handed over, delivery timing and handling can be affected by the courier’s own network and procedures.
Service interruptions
Weather, strikes, route changes, missed scans, customs inspection, and local delivery issues can sometimes cause a delay. These matters are outside our direct control.

Where the chosen service includes tracking, the number or link is normally provided after dispatch by email or through the order update process.
Tracking limits
Tracking updates may pause while a parcel is moving between courier hubs or while it is awaiting customs processing. That does not always mean the parcel is lost.
