Standard return conditions
- The item should be unused and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging should be included where possible.
- All accessories, parts, and included items should be returned.
- The return request should be made within the stated return period.
Handling of returned items
Once the return is received, we inspect it fairly and confirm whether the item is eligible for a refund, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
3. Non-refundable situations
Common non-refundable cases
- Items returned outside the stated return timeframe.
- Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
- Items returned without essential parts or accessories.
- Products damaged after delivery because of misuse or poor handling.
Important note
This section does not remove your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Those cases are handled separately and fairly.

Our processing time
Once a refund is approved, we usually process it within 5 working days.
When it appears in your account
After we submit the refund, it may take your bank or card provider a further 3 to 10 working days to show the money back in your account.
