Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds are handled at RGBI100 LTD. It covers the refund timeframe, return conditions, situations that are not refundable, damaged items, wrong orders, and how long refunds usually take to reach your account.

Clear return window Unwanted items can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in resalable condition.
Faulty or wrong items If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, we will review it promptly and help put it right.
Refund timing Approved refunds are normally issued within 5 working days, with bank posting time depending on the payment method and provider.

1. Refund timeframe

Application for return You can request a return within 14 days from the day after delivery. Once the item is received and checked, any approved refund is normally issued within 5 working days.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods These should be reported as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery where the short-term right to reject applies. After review, we will arrange the appropriate refund, replacement, or return support in line with your rights.

2. Return conditions

Standard return conditions

  • The item should be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Original packaging should be included where possible.
  • All accessories, parts, and included items should be returned.
  • The return request should be made within the stated return period.

Handling of returned items

Once the return is received, we inspect it fairly and confirm whether the item is eligible for a refund, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

3. Non-refundable situations

Common non-refundable cases

  • Items returned outside the stated return timeframe.
  • Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
  • Items returned without essential parts or accessories.
  • Products damaged after delivery because of misuse or poor handling.

Important note

This section does not remove your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Those cases are handled separately and fairly.

4. Damaged item handling

What to do Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if available.
How we respond We will review the case, confirm the next step, and where appropriate arrange a replacement, refund, or return guidance. We try to keep the process simple and practical.

5. Wrong order handling

If we sent the wrong item Please let us know straight away. We will check the details and arrange a suitable correction, which may include a replacement, return label, or refund depending on the situation.
If the item does not match the order If the item supplied is not the product ordered, or it differs materially from the listing, we will treat it as a priority support case and resolve it promptly.

Our processing time

Once a refund is approved, we usually process it within 5 working days.

When it appears in your account

After we submit the refund, it may take your bank or card provider a further 3 to 10 working days to show the money back in your account.

Where a payment provider or bank needs extra time, the posting date may vary even after we have completed the refund on our side.
